Alice Ngigi

Alice Ngigi is a personal Growth and Leadership coach as well as a vision board mentor based in Nairobi Kenya. She has over 20 years leadership experience attained working as a Sales and Marketing professional in the Pharmaceutical industry, holding different leadership positions. She holds a Master’s degree in Leadership and has been involved in leadership development at various levels in the organizations where she worked.

She is passionate about Personal Growth and loves to help people realize and maximize on their potential. She is the Founder and CEO of Alycer Coaching, an organization that is committed to developing authentic leaders for future generations. She is an author as well as a speaker. Her mentorship program premised on creating Vision Boards has helped many people gain clarity and also create the life of their dreams. Alice has walked this journey herself, gained valuable insights and has great appreciation as well as insight into the power of the mind. Not one to separate her profession from her God-given anointing, she now seeks to reach a global audience, following in the words of Acts 1:8… “unto the ends of the earth.”
